Working hrs: 9am-5.30pm

1. i am pretty sure i am on the slower track. Anyone might want to confirm?
2. Feeling its time to move soon. Just accepted this job due to sight salary increase (but failed miserably on bonus expectation) and location. Plan to be a bit choosy for the next job in term of salary and job scope (plan to get technical jobs to get knowledge as current one mostly management). Would an expexted salary on Rm 7000 be acceptable to start with in oil and gas ?
