Company : MNC (Get Outsourced there)
Location: Penang
Industry : Manufacturing
Tenure : Outsourced (not contract)
Employment Level : Junior Executive
Experience before joining : Fresh Grad
Salary : RM2500

I consider myself extremely underpaid lor. :S

You are lucky to get 2500 as freshie in Penang.

Ha, I worked for 2 yrs before I got 2.5k. Before that its sadder. That is why I say i consider myself underpaid after 2 years of working.

Ok, here is my 3rd update in 2 and a half years.

Job Title: Program Administrator / Program Specialist
Age: 24+
Job Desciption: Taking care of a marketing department system and administration stuffs (non too technical), testing new features and literally misc.
Years spent in company: 2 and a half years
Company: Outsourced to US MNC
Industry: Manufacturing
Tenure: Permanent
Employment Level : Junior Executive (my place call Level 3 Executive)
Experience before joining: Fresh Grad, my first and only company
Salary : RM2740 (very sad right?)
Working hrs: 800am - 530pm=(Flexi hour)

Sad right?

Employment Level : "Senior" Executive
Experience before joining : Fresh Grad
Salary : RM 3.3k +
Benefits : Annual bonus, corporate insurance and panel doctor. Does flexible work hours count?
Location: Penang Island
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

What do you think? Normal or under?

Just my opinion, I think the job market in Penang quite good - the daily report sent to me from Jobstreet got at least 20 jobs relevant to my skills.
