Job Title : System Support Engineer

Job Description : Handling web hosting / domain / server issues, mostly tickets / emails / live chats & calls.

Education : Bachelor of IT (Part-time) ~ Still studying as I got 2 more semesters left.

Age : Will be 23 at the end of this month

Experience before joining : 1 yr working as a freelance Online Support Helpdesk for an internet marketer (working from home)

Salary : RM 2000 (Basic) + RM250 (Shift Allowance)

Note: Probation period is 3 months (might even be shorter if I perform well). After probation, my salary will be increased RM200 ~ RM300. After 6 months of my commencement date (or in other words, after confirmation), my shift allowance would be doubled-up (around RM500+-)

Working Hours: 7.30am ~ 7.30pm (3 days work, 3 days off, 3 days work, 3 days off ~ 15 working days only per month)

What do you guys think about the salary? One thing that I know is that I can save up on meals (I will eat lunch for only 8 days, as for the rest 7 days, I can tapau from home since I would be working night shift), petrol and tolls.
