Yea, keep your banking operation knowledge and move to US or Europeen countries to work. My friend works as a banking operation officer in UK earns an around 4500gbp a month with only 3 years experience.

I can ensure you that among the 4,500 doctors, not all of them will stay in Malaysia... I have no idea, future is unpredictable.
