Debbie, previously started off as MA (Management Associate) with one of the Foregin Bank and then moved to a local bank to setup Cash Mgmt Operations and then moved again to another local bank.
Siber, wanna CON? ahaks......I think with my experience in Banking systems, I would be able to CON better IF I want to.....and best of all don't have to share....ahaks.....hehehehe...
Anyway, as long as you are working, ie "makan gaji", the pressure is there in delivering what the company wants you to deliver.
If you are working on your own, then diff story as you can really manage your time accordingly.

Guys...you should know that VP is just a title. And in the real world, even the VP title comes with few level.
Foreign bank usually use this fancy title as compared to local bank.
For example, Manager at local bank is = to AVP already. And Senior Manager = VP....
Not that big once you know how the bank hierachy works.
