Yes. She obtained her Master degree in Aug this year but joined since 08 (as officer)with Bachelor degree until now.

Experience before joining : 0 (fresh grad)
salary : RM 2.2 (current=2011); RM2.1 (2010); RM2k (1st join in 2008-2009)

Arrgh,help.. No increment or promotion to Executive level after I got my master in econs last Oct-10. My boss, r u deaf? Or you need me to tell you , I wanna be in executive but not officer grade? Help!! I just wish to be paid in 2.5k (at least)

Yaya, you hear me

I love the working environment here, leave on-time, long lunch break, near to my house, less stress.

But, I just don't like my salary.

Stay or leave. Stay coz the flexibility, leave coz the salary.
