Carpark is about RM5-7 a day in city centre, cheaper if you're wiling to park further away and walk. Meanwhile, for rental if you're okay with it you can always rent a room which is about RM300-400. The other expenditure depends on you. Assuming your car loan does not take a huge chunk out of your pay, in my opinion I think its enough to survive.
