Job Title : Mechanical Design Engineer
Age: 26
Qualification: Degree in Mechatronic
Years spent in company : 2 year
Company : MNC
Tenure : Permanent
Experience before joining : none
Salary : 2.6k
Benefits: tranport 150, OT, Meal allowance & other
Last week had one company call me to interview and lastly they offer me 3.2k + 300tranport. Position also Mechanical Design
Although it is not a big MNC, and i foresee i need to do a lot of thing but i do hope can learn more when young. Not like MNC you will only forcast on certain thing

I've posted here before, so i would like to update
Job Title: Graphic / Web Designer
Age: 24
Job Desciption: all kinds of in house web and brochure design
Years spent in company: 8 months
Company: Local
Industry: Online Marketing Business
Tenure: Permanent
Education: Diploma
Employment Level : 1 leg kick designer
Salary : RM3000 (basic) + RM200(attendance allowance) + RM100 (parking allowance) + RM350(OT allowance, not all the time OT)
Working hrs: 9am - 6pm(weekdays), 900am-130pm(saturday)
how come i see so little or none designer in here? all i see are engineers, programmer only..

lyk, what is the medical benefit RM50 for?
does it means that if you don't get sick for 1 month, you get RM50? Or u can claim up to RM50 per month?

Working hrs: 9.00am-6.00pm (5 days/week) / No OT if work overtime / midnight setup / weekend events.
Remark : A lot of company restrictions after economy breakdown last year, company is becoming more calculative.
I consider myself underpaid, please advise... :S

Try to excel yourself and exceed your clients expectations. Once you achieve that, your reputation will grow and people in the industry will know how good you are and look for you and offer you better jobs and projects. Hope you can understand. recently i left my low paying job... less than 3k and will join into hotel line...
introduced in by my friend whose father is the share holder there
i am to manage the hotel's health centre... offering massages to guest...
the offer is at rm9K.....going to accept it tommorow...
