Invetsment in Millenium Place vs Sterling condo

I plan to buy a condo near Petaling Jaya Area, I prefer either Millenium Place or Sterling condo. Can u give the comment about this two condo? |

Thanks for your reply. I m plannning to stay Master room and the other room rent out. Is it true that Kelana Business Centre is going to have LRT Putra in future?
