i am planning to connect my xbox to my computer via a network but i figured that leaving my computer on 24-7 wont be a feasible option.

so i plan on getting thi d-link DNS323

its a network storage device where u can just play files off this device without ur computer.

i know that this device works with the PS3 because my friend is using this

but i am not sure about the xbox.

problem is that i need update firm ware to dl codec
