Question.
1. If I'm working oversea, can I leveraged my oversea income to say take a Mortgage loan in Malaysia through HSBC assuming I open HSBC accounts in both countries and my oversea account is my primary banking account?
2. Is HSBC Advance account (and it's equivalent oversea) sufficient for this purpose?
3. Is there other ways to achieve this (assuming I don't want to park large sums of money locally).
Thanks!
