no seriously........im 175cm tall and 58kg. Since secondary till now no matter how much i eat i never gained weight. My weight from F5 till now is that same 58kg.

Yeah im a regular cyclist and badminton player. 30km in 30 minutes? Hard lor....that means his speed must be more than 60kmh on the bike which is impossible for even pro cyclist. 30km in 45 minutes or 1 hour is more realistic. Top cyclist go steady 40-48kmh. 1hr max can go 48km means half hour 24km oni. Haha.

yesterday really no mood to work at all.. maybe because lack of sleeping time.. summore first day of working for this week then when go back time, lost in the battle of federal highway fast n furious race against 3 cars.   really super emo   but today is totally diff.. very relax and enjoying my work
