  Same here...supposingly need go sleep at 12.....but the music make me keep on alive 

My usual rides are 30-40km long

If weekend group rides with the gang can be anywhere 70-130km

Raced a few times

Joined the Interstate Cycle Ride twice which is a 3 day holiday ride to a few states. Tat one one day 100-150km and is back to back 3 days. Last year the longest route was 179km XD. Crazy.

Wow, you sure look fit and good in stamina. 

Eheh dun puji too much. I barely make it most of the time. Kena paksa diri. Many fellas can finish the distance faster than me. XD

*just now my ex-colleague just chat with me and mentioned that she just broke up with her bf...last nite 12+ called me coz wan to share 2 sad thing with me neh..but that time i already went to sleep... but kinda weird neh...why should she find me to share2 this kind of thing with me neh..coz we are not close at all....     any clue here..? i can smeel something fishy here neh...
