Yes it will work, provided you keep your diet in check as well.

Any specific program you're looking at?

i was thinking either 4 complexes or big 55..
any recommendation?

how exactly am i suppose to check my diet?? as in reduce intake of junk food?? i also prefer eating only 3 meals a day not like 5 meals per day in smaller portion because it is quite difficult for me to do that.. is that ok?? i usually dont take rice for dinner and have cereal with milk for breakfast, i also go to the gym 3 times a week

BnW,
Way to go, girl!
Yes, Metabolic resistance training / conditioning / complexes is suitable for anyone (with no serious chronic health issues e.g. heart disease, cancer, diabetes).

4 Complexes or Big 55 are all good. Rotate them around.
Maybe Big 55 on Mon, Ferruggia's complex on Wed, Cosgrove's Complex on Fri.

Minimal junk food (once every few weeks is ok). Use fruits to replace junk food, more protein, more good fats, a bit of carbs. More vege.

3 meals per day is OK. No problem with that. Maybe you can add an egg and fish oil to your breakfast too.
