I share most of our opinions in the same fashion about the result and performance our team in this game. We looked like amateurs out there and it sucks so bad to admit it.
We definitely need more quality players in our squad cos without Gerrard and Torres, we just can't produce the goals. There's no creativity in our midfield and we looked so vulnerable in our defense. Right now I'm more worried if we could still stay in the top 4 cause other teams seem to be improving a lot better than us. Seriously, we need a breakthrough man.

i still do have faith in rafa. anyone notice cana ? the albanian. thought he has been brilliant, top buy for bruce. he was linked with us during the summer. i really think he is a good player. made captain straight away for he has the quality n experience. worth the 5million! he break down manu play / tempo the previous game too !
the pressure is piling on aquilani n somehow its very cliche n tiring to hear, but i shall say, alonso's depature not only left a gap on field. but clearly off field too, as he was good mates with reina n gerrard n a stunning partnership with masch in the middle, probably the past centre mid in the world last season..at least up there with the very best! n gerrard did plead rafa not to let him go.. off field dramas definately affect the camp.. n only god knows whats going on in melwood  sad.gif  cry.gif

I couldn't agree more. We always have troubles in and off the pitch and they all sum up to where we're are now. Pressure in on Rafa now and must get a win to lift the atmosphere.

I hope Rafa plays Aquilani if the lad is fit for this weekend clash though I highly doubt he'll do so. Rafa is hardly a risk taker and with his job status at stake, I really ponder what formation and lineup we'll get to watch.

This is a good read by our King Daglish as the article really says it all.

I have faith in Benitez more importantly, we need to have more faith in our players.
