Sorry to bring up new topic, I have not seen any topic on iPhone used as your companion when you jog/exercise/gym. I myself like the idea of using iPhone as the tool and my companion when I workout. During marathon, I also see them wearing ipod/iphone next to their arm (with armband), so I am very curious if they use it just for companion/music or they actually track themselve.
Apps such as iFitness and Muscle Gain are good example of your trainer and nutritionist. Apps such as MotionX GPS and B.iCycle are good to track your distance/track/speed your workout. Combining those apps all together, it become powerful tools and companion. Your thoughts? |

I was expecting Fitness with iPhone thread separate with iPhone apps to encourage more replies. It is the next level of iPhone capability. Oh well..
