Hi mate,
I am recommending this as one of the 'must have' for all fellow iphone users. ExpenseIT www.expenseit.com It basically allows the user to set the budget allocated for the month and the user will be able to put in his expenditures of each item into this app. very useful and one of the best app i bought among all from Apps Store  |

U can try DropBox as well. Also a cloud solution for file storage.
