if I buy apps from Apps store, and reset/reformat/etc to original settings, I still can get those apps or have to buy again?

wta for those use Photo+Folder apps to organize ur photo. i bought it and to my surprise, i noticed tat it is not smooth (spike?) when scrolling up n down d pictar after import it to a folder.
This does not happen when viewing photo in iphone c/w Photos app.
Trying to figure out wats wrong. Use MyPhoto also, same problem.

What's the problem? Mine works fine. Just ensure that Facebook name similar to the one in contact including first & last name
