jcv cannot be deactivated
just delete the jcv folder it will disappear..

hey there seller, i have read thru all the post but still not a clue what handwriting & routes function for? care to clarify?
are MSM & MFM pre loaded what are the other 4 or 5 maps?
for other countries map is there a stop site for all Garmin gps to download the best map there is for each country & how much will it cost per download?
what is max capacity for the memory card can insert?
can the gps play any mp4/avi format movies?

1.handwriting = easy for input chinese word
2.route = custom yr own route preference
3. nope.. only MSM (official) will be installed.. MFM is 3rd party map that not recognise by garmin (but u may install it at yr own risk)

5.no..only china gps got such function..garmin gps just designed for navigation only

so the 255W doesn't support the junction view?
any how to enable the junction view? as I heard tat it is confusing sometime whether wanna go up to the fly-over or just go underneath...
