I have a problem removing the apps installed by the technician. When i sync my phone to my pc, the apps is not being removed. I did try to make the icons on my homescreen to wiggle and try my luck to see if i can remove the apps but still couldnt. Any other way to remove besides restoring it to default factory settings?

Another question, if i restore it to default factory settings, everything will be gone including my contacts and my OS as well?

Oh i meant deleting every other apps on that page except for stocks.

Its weird that the X's doesnt appear the way they're supposed to. Sighs. I guess i'll just reformat my iphone easier.
