Is there a link that you can check the imei number online to prove its genuine?

Hi. I wanna ask.
Is there a way to STOP/BLOCK my iPhone from using my 3G/GPRS when the WiFi is not available? In normal phones I'm able to tamper with the settings but I'm lost with this iPhone. Almost RM30 of mine already gone because sometimes I forgot to on WiFi before surfing.  Please advice. |
