Hi there,

Ok. i have a 2g iphone, everything seems to be working fine before this, and now i seem to have and issue where by i cant touch and it wont take effect when i touch the 4 icons at the quarter bottom of the screen (SMS, Contacts, Safari,Phone) but i still can "Slide to unlock"..


the rest of the icons above are still able to work as pernormal.. any idea how to fix this issue? i have rebooted the phone, switch off... and i am running out of ideas... kindly advice.. thanks..

hi there,

recently i got an information frm a few who is working in maxis. theres this HLR issue on certian users which might be effected. call maxis is and as them is your HLR effected? this might help

Current Firmware : 3.2.1 (7D11)
Current network: (for example Maxis): Maxis
iTunes Version : 9.0.2.25
PC/MAC : Windows Vista (PC)
Jailbreaking software : Black Rain
Problem Encountered : When download apps frm Cydia it dose not appear on the Iphone even tough the download and installation has been completed. have tried frw time still the same.
Steps Taken So Far : Reboot phone NO GO, tried to down load other apps also seems to be the same.

Other Information/Remarks : tried to download Categories via Cydia (using frm the source http://cydia.ifoneguide.nl)

I just update my phone to the latest firmware, and after the update i tried to download the apps that i was using before, but it seems to be some errors after the download is completed. the apps are not listed on the phone. How can i perform the installation for the apps that i have downloaded. kindly advice.

I have used some step-by-step guide that i have googled and its seems to be the same.

i have resolved my issue.. i tried using ROCK rather then using Cydia, it works fine.. and i do find that Rock is more user Friendly.. hehe
