My Apple iPhone 16gb 3GS (from MAXIS) got crack ( or should say scratch) on the screen. Just at the top right of the screen beside the ear hole.
it doesnt affect function or visibility on the screen, but very anoyying la. it wasnt caused by me, coz the scratch or crack is beneath the outer glass. which means the glass has no scratch or crack or any defection. Somehow, the scratch is there beneath the outer screen.
Can claim warranty? coz this is not caused by human. Not possible right?

My phone is currently 100% scratchless, even hairline scratches also dont have. it is like 100% brand new, perfect condition. well, except the crack inside the screen (glass).
My case strong? or they still will say i somehow droped it? ( dropped or whatever sure will leave sign right?)
