the SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported

im using iphone2g 3.01 , who can solve the problem for me ???

i can make calls and receive calls , but i cannot enter the main screen

i would like to ask will the itunes automatic upgrade my version to 3.12 when i running itunes ?
