i have bought a new com with a fresh windows xp, how do i sync application and ringtones etc from my iphone to my new com? Itunes only allow me to sync from my new com to my iphone, which is all empty

If i am in oversea, i just choose the data roaming to be "off" and i am safe that i won't be charge for any 3g or edge connection fees?

When i retrive my mail from Gmail, iphone will download both read and unread mail, but for my company email which is using microsoft outlook, it will only download unread email, is there anyway i can set it to download those email that i read already?
