it's normal. it occurs every time you install an app from Cydia.

Go to the sound setting to ensure that you have switched on the sound for your keyboard clicks. As for the SMS tone, check to ensure that you have also enabled a tone instead of having ticked 'none'.

If you have done the above and the problem persist, do a reboot and if that doesn't work send your phone in for a warranty claim.

I've done all and try reset 3 times, am sending to maxis centre after I restore and backup my phone.

today my iphone droped on the car floor.
when i on the iphone.display on screen shows 'springfield cracked n must restart'.
why it happen?is it because it drop on floor or it normal for the iphone 2g?
is it everythg settled by only restart?

Problem Encountered : i wanna update my i3gs to new version 3.1.2. currently in 3.0. my problem is Backingup my phone take looooong time, at my phone is in Sync in Progress. i update my phone at 7.00am and at 12.30pm the backing up still no finish. why ha? can anyone help me?

Steps Taken So Far : just let the phone in backing up for 3rd times

an aplication?

you can backup your files manualy if the default iTunes backup gave you problems.

Problem Encountered : cannot sync apps from iTunes into iphone after install the .ipcc file to disable the EDGE.

Steps Taken So Far : restore my phone.

Other Information/Remarks :
i wan to disable the edge as i nvr subscribe to any data plan yet..
but i cnt sync my apps after install the .ipcc file.

once i restore my phone meaning the edge setting is enable.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi guys, update from me. Yesterday went home and try to restore it before send to maxis to claim warranty. Surprisingly after I restore everything back to normal but now i'm on 3.1.2 T.T Need to make it hujan =)

Good for you. That's why it is good to have a go at that, restoring, before sending in for warranty claim which is what I keep saying. It will save you an unnecessary trip because when you take it to Maxis and I believe other telcos as well, they will restore the unit to see if the problem encountered is rectified.

on the issue where apps can't be synced once u installed the .ipcc file, do make sure u got all the steps correct when enabling carrier bundle support iTunes.

i have tried. but when i wanna update my phone with itunes, it also backing up the phone. can i update my phone not using itunes?

all updates must go through iTunes.
