This kind of feature already available since 2 years back. Different brands have different names for it eg. philips is pixel plus, sony is motionflow, etc. QUOTE(rizal77 @ Oct 21 2009, 07:41 PM) i forgot which shop!!!! but latest one, i saw in aeon jusco keramat, this LG lcd tv with 200hz motion flow produce that kind of 3D effect!! eventhough it is playing a DVD!!! Really!! i double check the bluray player and it is really a dvd because the picture is not that sharp but the actor appear to have that popping effect. hopefully someone can really reveal what is actually making the picture to have that 3D kind of effect. |

The controversies continue. I'm sure MJ was overworked and stressed. But like many of us, we all have to pay bills and have to bear with the job... we hear about people suffering strokes and heart attacks on the jobs, it's common. MJ was already bankrupt and probably need to work thru it all etc. In the end, he could have said "NO" and ended the suffering but he didn't. Showbusiness is cutthroat for sure ... but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy his music and his legacy one last time thru this movie / BD QUOTE(robertngo @ Oct 30 2009, 09:19 AM) this film is a shameless attempt to cash in on the dead of a celebrity, go to this website http://www.this-is-not-it.com/ before you decide to buy the BD |

I have a new respect for cineplex picture and sound quality... GSC 1 utama, hall 10.
Watched THIS IT IT (2D) .... first digital movie in cinema for me. One word ..... AMAZING. The music is soooooooo sweeeeeet .... you all must catch this, only 1 week to go. Unless you have a sweeeet HT setup, you won't want to miss this experience. |

It was awesome sounding from the dolby digital trailer to the end ... wow. First time ever, my wife tells me to get this BD .... but then again, my HT will never match this.
Been to AV fairs and none came close to this sound. QUOTE(fadthil @ Nov 2 2009, 10:58 AM) Showing at Hall 10? hmmm... i'm quite surprised why GSC choose halls other than hall 2 or 3 (at 1Utama) which have a better THX-equipped sets... Maybe THX don't matter in documentary like this.... Added on November 2, 2009, 11:49 amFrom reviews, the ROTF imax BD has lower dialogue or volume level compared to the regular BD. Raising volume +3 solves it. This post has been edited by laowai: Nov 2 2009, 11:49 AM |
