Finally...FINALLY... I received by Gladiator and Braveheart. cry.gif

But why the box already open? vmad.gif Seem like those postman really take it back to their home and re-seal the blu-ray cover before send to me. mad.gif vmad.gif

This order arrived Customs Department at Sepang on 10/09/2009 and arrived Kuching Customs Department on 16/09/2009 and send to me at 08/10/2009. Very very strong evidence of something fishy here. vmad.gif

P/S: My Amazon's box got a squal hole infront and ppl can view my address in the inovice through this hole. Is it normal that something Amazon send goods using this kind of boxes? sweat.gif

Just now went to Post office to collect my parcel and it is 2 parcels with 5 BDs (300: The Complete Experience; I, Robot; Kung Fu Hustle; Underworld; and Cruel Intentions). laugh.gif

So, so far, 10 down 7 to go. All these BDs I received yesterday and today reached Sepang's Customs Department from 29/09/2009 to 30/09/2009 and arrived Custom Department at Kuching on 05/10/2009.

Now I can confirmed that if you BDs are dispatch from New Castle DE US with 1 to 2 BDs, their will use the type of box to send your BDs to you. My Black Hawk Down also using same type of box and also dispatch from this center.

hi

i just wondering how u all work out the cost while ordering the BD fr amazon.com?

i calculated if the BD is more than US$18, it's not worth to ship back to malaysia oredi.
US$18 + US$9(shipping) = US$27 * 3.5(exchange rate) = RM$94.5
if order 3 copies togather
US$54 + US$17(shipping) = US$71 * 3.5(exchange rate) = RM$248.5 avg RM$82.8/disk

some of the BD here with member price cost RM$80 in KL

Speedy having promotion buy 2 free 1. so ~ RM$145*2=RM$290 get 3 BD and average RM$96.
then u scare in lost during shipping, custome and so on.

y still many ppl order fr amazon US or UK? ar you guys order those within the US$18?

thks
*
Wait for promotion or price drop to US$9.99 or below. Then the difference is clear.

Another reason, no all titles or/and version (limited/collector edition) available in local shop.

Another thing to add, just as a side note:

If you happen to order 2 separate orders (and even on different days) where each order is below RM500, but both arrived at the same time to the same address/recipient... and collectively totalled more than RM500; you will still kena tax... like me  cry.gif

I often change the destination address. This time send to office and next time send to home. So far so good. laugh.gif

Added on October 10, 2009, 9:49 amJames Bond 10-Pack is now available to pre-order at $139.99. laugh.gif Good news for James Bond's fans.

I just received a parcel from Amazon (still need to Post Office to collect) with 2 BDs inside. rclxm9.gif So, now 2 more down 5 BDs to go.

This time I received:
1. The Sensual Massage Kit: Massage for Men and Women Instructional Video -- 2 disc set [Blu-ray]

user posted image

2. In the Realm of the Senses [Blu-ray] - Criterion Collection (1976)

user posted image

When I opened the box, I noted that The Sensual Massage Kit: Massage for Men and Women Instructional Video -- 2 disc set [Blu-ray] has been opened by someone. vmad.gif I checked through the Brown Box noted there is only Dislepaskan by Customs in Sepang. Where is the stamp for Customs in Kuching? and there is no stamp that indicate Customs has opened the Box. vmad.gif I also noted that they opened the bottom of the box and re-seal back. I wonder which department officer open my box? hmm.gif

When I checked this disc, there is so many finger print... vmad.gif I think their thought this is some xxx movie. The worst case is there is only 1 disc inside shakehead.gif but title and product details stated there should be 2 discs. The blu-ray holder design in such a way that only 1 disc can put in this blu-ray holder unless the is another holder for another disc. Anyway, I had make a complain to Amazon demand for replacement.

Luckyly for 2nd disc, In the Realm of the Senses [Blu-ray] - Criterion Collection (1976), remain intact and seal is still there. The only lucky thing for this parcel is the Customs officers miss this disc. laugh.gif

This movie although a bit old but it achieved very "extraordinary" when talking about it's Certification.

Canada:(Banned) (Nova Scotia) | USA:NC-17 (re-rating) (1991) | Canada:R (Manitoba) | Canada:R (Alberta) (1998) | Canada:R (Ontario) (1991) | USA:X (original rating) | Canada:18+ (Quebec) | Iceland:Unrated | Finland:(Banned) (uncut) (1978) | Finland:(Banned) (uncut) (1976) | Finland:(Banned) (cut) (1977) | Finland:K-16 (uncut) (1997) | Hungary:18 | Italy:VM18 | Chile:18 | Germany:18 | New Zealand:R18 (re-rating) (2001) | Singapore:(Banned) | Finland:K-18 (uncut) (1992) | Finland:K-15 (DVD version) | Brazil:18 | Portugal:M/18 | Argentina:18 | Australia:(Banned) (1992-2000) | Australia:R (re-rating) (2000) | Australia:X (original rating) | France:-16 | Hong Kong:III | Ireland:(Banned) | Japan:R-18 (re-rating) | New Zealand:(Banned) (original rating) | Norway:18 | South Korea:18 (1999) | Sweden:15 | UK:18 | Japan:(Banned) (original rating)

Banned in its native country of Japan for a time, and still heavily censored (fortunately Malaysia did not rate this movie laugh.gif ). Until today, many countries still banned this movie. This movie purports to tell us a true story of excessive erotic decay in pre-WWII Japan and some websites even said this movie is one of the ten movies that influence Japan's movie Industry the most (Adult movies??? whistling.gif ).

If you interested, you can refer here for some details of this movie. laugh.gif But only for those above 21 years old.

Don't click this spoiler if you haven't reach 21 years old.

These are all BDs I received this Friday and Saturday. rclxm9.gif
