I just bought a Transcend StoreJet 25M3 -500GB last few weeks and now have a problem now...PC cannot detected the hardisk and it still under warranty...although i m not bought from u, but may i ask whether u can help me sent to service center to make a claim? Coz i dint able to find out the service center in malaysia, dunno how to claim it...
p/s: the receipt i had forgotten where i put...izzit really need the receipt when i bought just can make a claim?
