The only thing I'm uncomfortable with is they don't issue receipts, so I can't say for sure how they handle warranty. Their method is 100% based on trust, i.e. "Keep my number. Call me, and I'll settle it for you". Hopefully I won't need it.
But, so far, the product works as advertised, and my battery is back to working condition.
