You probably can ask around for Dubias(roaches) from invert keeper. Most hobbyist breed their own to sustain their big collection.

If you have 1-2 few specimen and due to availablity to buy feeders, best choice to stick to mealworm/super mealworm for scorpling, but still cricket is better for bigger specimen, assume your adult able to take mealworms, you might need A LOT to satisfy them.

Don't need you worry, i am not familiar with you. I am in US, i use my hand for maintenance sometime chopstick when i am eating rice. I use them to control my pest roach at home. I pay medical insurance just for this reason. Hospital is few blocks away.
