They are now making counterfeit condoms in China. Even brands like Durex and Six Sense are not safe from being duped.

I'd go for the obvious answer first, Jay. Emperors are not as commonly found locally as they are abroad. We have very limited numbers coming and going. The possibility of squabbles cropping up and ending in loss of limbs of lives is something I'd personally want to avoid, despite the similar requirements.

I have no idea. Lol. Anyhow, it's difficult to award certitude to the pic he sent you being the same as what you received bro. Perhaps you got more than what you paid for.

Palamneus fulvipes = Heterometrus fulvipes. Palamneus has had it's name 'refurbished' in the taxos. The current valid name is H. fulvipes. H. fulvipes however, is not a native species to Malaysia. It hails from the land of all great Heterometrus-es, India. We're looking at a classic example of how names are given for namesake.

Mungkin mereka lapar. A hungry tummy = an angry Pammie. And with so many neighbours in their vicinity, the stress levels must be quite high. And that's perhaps another reason for them being so high strung. I'm just speculating, don't put your last dime on this. Lol.

QUOTE(RyoKenzaki @ Dec 24 2009, 12:58 AM) Maybe its the angle prob kot hmm... Anw my last C.Marg molted to 7instar finally, but i still cant sex them Its either both female or both have one more molt to go before sexual dimorphism occur » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Who else aside from Andy got C.Margaritatus now? The pics make your C.marg look female. But they're not mature yet. Bang on one or two more moults before attempting breeding, Ryo.

A 6th instar heiress would look more robust than the ones seen in the pic. Your scorpion looks more like a 5th instar Ryo.
Bugs are often lumped into batches of instars ranging from X to Z. Even though they come from the same brood, some moult faster than the others. Confusion in instars are quite common especially during the first few moults when size difference before and after moults are pretty much negligible in underfed youngs. I've also been sold scorpions like that - underfed, undersized, undercount and even deformed scorpions - by a certain Philippino. I'm not saying that your seller did it deliberately though. He's a genuine and good guy.
My 2 kupang 5 duit.
