I'm actually a teenager who is doing this for my parents. They are seeking to invest in properties in the KL area.
However, our knowledge of KL is kinda limited as we're from another state.

Perhaps someone could erm.. enlighten me about the areas around kl that are suitable for investment ? Or the existance of any upcoming / existing developments?
budget is estimated to be around 300k.

Any help is greatly appreciated notworthy.gif

I think it'll be more on rental cause there's also the possibility that I'll be staying there when I go for college.

Well... that is just a secondary reason for purchasing the property and isn't that vital...
the main reason would still be for investment.
