I'm actually a teenager who is doing this for my parents. They are seeking to invest in properties in the KL area. However, our knowledge of KL is kinda limited as we're from another state. Perhaps someone could erm.. enlighten me about the areas around kl that are suitable for investment ? Or the existance of any upcoming / existing developments? budget is estimated to be around 300k. Any help is greatly appreciated

I think it'll be more on rental cause there's also the possibility that I'll be staying there when I go for college.

QUOTE(Pai @ Sep 20 2009, 09:14 PM) then a better way perhaps is to pick a college 1st then only zoom in to your invetsment target Well... that is just a secondary reason for purchasing the property and isn't that vital... the main reason would still be for investment.

Still I'd suggest the same coz if numbers all loook the same, its better to go for something near to where you study. Being a landlord aint easy mate
