i dont carry a proper tools to install Sam's HID set...i use a pen knife to cut the headlamp cover and i cut myself 3cm long when the blade broke into 2pcs but still manage to finish Sam's car...Sam try to DIY himself and i just tell him wat to do....

GUYs that COD with me on Saturday and Sunday will be ON as plan...
*
in that case, i think i better let me foreman install for me as they have the tools to drill the cover. they did it perfectly when installing my foglamp HID

Ken, i think I take JR brand for stronger blast. Waja Head lamp really dim sad.gif So I think nayte will take the same JR 4.3k ba, so bring extra. biggrin.gif
*
why? rainbow blast not good enough?
so, you are ditching the 'battery life-span' issue and going for the JR? should I take the JR too? hmm hmm.gif

Lolz... ya not that bright cos 6k is blueish. I think becos of Waja projector too small.... Good to test cos its rainy day today, that y not bright enuff..

Added on January 9, 2010, 1:17 am
I tot HID would be bright, & get less trouble + battery life span better, that y i take the lower blast, but how to noe our Waja lamp so damn dim.... no choice but go for stronger blast ba.
*
hmm... in that case, then i should tkae the JR then

Ken, I would take the JR HID 4300K H1 instead. No need to trouble you to install, already hurt yourself, poor fella, have to sell flesh for living ohmy.gif
so, 1 JR HID and few T10...cannot confirm yet, you just bring, i just pay! haha

Today I've just change my engine oil and oil filter
Usually my foreman will change BHP 15w 40, but this time I ask him change BHP 10w 40, he also change a standard proton oil filter

I would like to know, is BHP good? and is there alternative oil filter brand that I could use in my 4g18?

suddenly i found that the autocruise is kinda handy sometimes, is there a possible way to add the autocruise function to non-autocruise waja ?

i was cruising from PG to KL earlier, and my leg really numb and pain after that .. it would be great having autocruise ...  sweat.gif
*
yeah, the auto cruise might seem useful, but i dont really trust that thing...ever heard the toyota's auto cruise cause death to their drivers?

nola. there's only one hole around that area. either my magnetic screw tip removed the whole screw, or there was never any there. hmm.
how to adjust now. lol.
*
the adjuster is a white plastic, screw it towards Left will lower your beam angle, to the Right will higher your beam angle

what is the black colour thing you're talking about? i tried pushing up and down to adjust. can move but it wont stay. i guess there's no screw there to hold it in place?
*
i just saw the photo of your engine bay i took the other day, yours seems to be black in colour

Ya den is same as mine. Use a screw, screw thru the lamp from top to the steel bracket inside the to stop it from dropping down. i just done mine.
That is left & right button, up & down is at left side from the picture
*
huh? what left right button?
you guys are talking about how to adjust the beam angle right?
the arrow i pointed is to adjust the angle for the low beam.
Screw towards Left is for lower angle, Right is for higher angle

attach is nayte's car engine bay

kent20, i would love to visit your shop like now, but my friend keep holding me up
what do you suggest for 4g18 mitsu engine? i remember last time you said 4-2-1 + midbox will do, but does both of that could affect my FC as i've heard 4-2-1 could vastly increase the FC

see also know galvanize steel,Any body can tell me in Malaysia which exhaust shop can welding full titanium exhaust?
Titanium only a muffler already Rm1000+ u think everco will give u full titanium piping for waja 4g18?

if this user posted image call titanium i eat the whole piece of the extractor  doh.gif

you can try to get a magnet to test if it able to stick on the extractor then that is a galvanize steel that means no different with cap ayam

speedworks hotbit branded enough?
u wanna see hotbit stainless steel extractor?i can prove you even branded also using cap ayam galvanize steel to process
a real stainless steel will never suck by magnet, see the picture below then tell me branded stand for what
people claim that this is high quality because it is stainless steel, market price selling Rm380 for only extractor
so?

Magnet
user posted image
branded
user posted image
HB EM95 900 SS (HB=Hotbits SS=Stainless Steel)
user posted image
now u see??branded?high quality?
user posted image

it is depend on the seller wanna cheat you or not, exhaust system can get cap ayam price with high quality
i already said cheap doesnt means lousy
i can charge u Expansive for a same thing  if i just chrome it but im not that type of person

also Galvanize steel is a very long lasting steel just like the traffic light pole beside the street, every day rain and sun shine also never rusty some more we provide 3year warranty for all the product the midbox like everco we give stainless steel  you can use magnet to test it,also with 3 year warranty, the midbox that everco provide is Galvanize steel compare quality our midbox  is highest then galvanize steel midbox
*
wow, sounds very much convincing
okay, why not you quote for both item for everco brand and your not-so-cheapo cap ayam brand biggrin.gif

phew, just had my HID installed
one of the balast not working, so ken installed the rainbow ballast for temporary.
I can see the difference for both of them, the rainbow is a little bit more orange while the JR is more white

Definitely not everco, cause i got cheated.. Dyno also won't show any significant results..  flex.gif
And it's wasting my time and money to test with other brand..
*
you serious? and i thought everco was branded? so, what kent say was true la? branded doesn't mean good, and cap ayam doesnt mean lousy?
gosh, still thinnking whether i should proceed and let him do or not

guys, are you guys interested in this carfit bonnet sound proof

*
few kg? im holding the thing right now and i dont think its even 100g, it is think, but i really wonder if it can perform well...will let you guys know after i install.

QUOTE(squareballs @ Jan 10 2010, 04:02 PM)

QUOTE(loong2020 @ Jan 10 2010, 05:19 PM)
its superlone/insulflex.....its very light and wont effect the FC...and about the waja engine noise...if its a 4g18, then use to it as the engine is super loud even u soundproof on the engine bonnet, it wont help unless u soundproof on the firewall few layers using good materials like dynamat or so on then the noisy engine sound sure tuned down.....=)
*
actually the engine noise is alright, it was the noise coming out from the tyre.
yes, some might said using better tyre may reduce the sound, but how much can it reduce?
initially plan to install 3 layers on my 4 doors, but my foreman told me its useless as it doesnt help in reducing the noise, only when you close to door, it will sounds different only
