Can I know what's the standard package for Samsung Omnia 2?

May I know whether any setting need to be done for connecting to WiFi ?
I tried to connect but it always says no assigned IP address.
I just updated to Win Mo 6.5.

What's the easiest way to run youtube on this phone ?
It always says time out.

Anyone experience slow response when someone calls ?
It will ring but nothing appears until 20 seconds later.
I could not do anything to accept the call.
What's the problem for such slow response ?

I don't use bluebooth or s2u2. I am using WinMo 6.5 and just used for 1 month.
But after I restart, then now its okay already.
Still don't know why the problem occurs.

I transfer files from pc to Omnia 2 using Windows Mobile Device Center.
However, all my contacts are gone after sync process.
What should be done to prevent this ?
What is the purpose of sync process ?
I don't see any backup files in my pc.
