Happy Chinese New Year!

New user here. Just got my phone on Friday. First time using winmo. So, still in learning curve.

Have been using omnia 2 for about a week now. So far so good, still using the official rom, no major issue.
As for the responsiveness, it's quite good. Btw, i have disabled the samsung widget plus.

Just 1 thing that i have no clue is when i selected winmo 6.5 theme, there is no graphic shown on today screen, just the theme color, is this normal? But i have seen some videos on youtube, these graphic of winmo theme should show up when selected, but mine is not working. Anyone can help?

Malaysia set now come with winmo 6.5. I just bought one b4 CNY.

1850, i think the price is ok. Perhaps, u can try to nego for free gifts. Fyi, I bought mine for 1800 but in melaka.

Are you sure the CSC is XSOIJ9? Mine is XSOIJ2, winmo 6.5. That means mine is not the latest one?

I have a problem: when i wanted to switch it on by pressing the right side button, the phone did not respond no matter how i press it and then i had to take out the battery, put it back and then switch it on again. I have this problem 2 times since I bought it in Feb.

Just wondering whether this is normal for omnia 2? or just my phone is weird.

My phone was on at that time. It happened after i checked my schedule then I pressed the sleep mode. But when i wanted to wake it up agian by pressing the sleep mode button, the phone didn't light up no matter what button i had pressed even the power off button. So end up i had to take out the battery to restart the phone.

Just wondering why after using the schedule function it could cause the phone crashed, weird. Actually i did get a few messages from the phone saying that there are errors for certain programs, one of them is the schedule function. Maybe it's time for me to flash to custom rom, i'm still using the official rom. Samsung really slow on updating the phone rom, htc is really good at software support.

Hi all, just bought a new notebook not long ago, and it's win 7 64 bit. I had tried to search for NPS that support win 7, but unfortunately i couldn't find 1.

So, is there any websites that we could get it? Samsung Malaysia's one still old version, not supporting win 7. Thanks!

Hi deddo, thanks for your clarification. Mine is win 7 premium. Will try it out later. I need to backup my data asap as i'm going to update my std rom to newer version, JA1. Heard that this is the latest official rom for Malaysia. Cheer!

I had downloaded samsung kies from samsung malaysia website, version 1.5. It's a new release sync software from samsung. Been using it to sync my omnia 2, so far so good. It also has software update and samsung application in it.

Btw, my lappy is win 7 premium.

Ya, at first, my omnia was not detected. But when i connected to internet, automatically it downloaded driver from microsoft website, after installed the driver then everything run well.
