hi, anyone know how to turn off/disable the irritating tone everytime the notification "message sent"
pops up whenever you sent a sms ?

before i upgraded the firmware, the tone was the standard tone, now after upgrading the firmware, the
tone played is my incoming sms tone pulak !! it is driving me crazy.

can omnia 2 access some online share trading website like hdbs/rhb that run on java platform?

i just bought omnia 2 last night, after charging for about 5 hours until this morning 3am, the battery is fully charge at 100% but now at about 2pm, the batterry totally finish, is it a battery problem? the shop said it is normal???

3-5am, play around with the phone feature and setting, 5-7am sleep, 7-9am mostly idle except use garmin for about 15 min, 9-2pm normal use with phone and sms (less than 10 minutes talk time and 10 sms), but i have the bluetooth on all the time with earphone, 3g on all the time, connect to jaring server to retrieve mail once an hour

is that consider heavy usage???

also, my house there telco (maxis) signal not very strong, is it the main cause?

I think it is slightly faster and more responsive ....

are you talking about Samsung Home Screen , or the overall ,

if you are talking about overall , check the background program you might have too many programs running at the same time.
if you are talking about Samsung home screen , I would say it is abit faster but still not that smooth , but i think it got better.
BTW can we do registry edits in win Mobil 6.5 the same ones we did on 6.1 ???
I tried resco explorer install , and it did install everything however it didn't install resco registry editor , anyone has any insight about this ????

I installed office mobile 2010 beta last night , and I don't see what is new about it ?

it has the same old design and features except they added sharepoint workspace mobile ???

am i missing something or it is the same old mobile office....?
Softmaker office has far more feature than Microsoft's own office.

I see so the same old registry's can be done , alright i will go look for registry  edit program , i thought resco explorer suppose to have that registry editor included..... thanks...

just downloaded swype, its freaking awesome!! pity only works in english!
but its still sweet. anyway, i got a noob question. how to install Core Player so i can play avi? is it the same as i installed Swype? is there anyone know a good core player that i can download?

i found one, and when i downloaded it and try to install it, it doesnt work for my omnia 2, so i wonder if u guys know the good one that it will work for my phone?
