aiks.. it'll be quite troublesome then.. go to pda expert or some other handphone shop.. ask them to install into ur sd card after u upgrade ur firmware.. or try google urself how to install which is not sumthing we shld discuss here..

currently i'm using JD3 rom with JD1 radio, the signal for my digi network is very low compare to my htc tytnII. my htc can get full bar but my omnia only one bar

It's not a local rom, therefore it's not shown in your NPS..
Local rom latest one is still IJ9 la..

no need official 1.. once u used it u'll love it..

I just got a 4 month old SG set. Any good rom to recommend?

tis is first time i use PDA ma..scare if use custom ROM thn will brick the warranty.tat's the case isn't it?

btw, i called up samsung service center located at plaza berjaya (opposite time square), they said their latest ROM is JA1, which is available since march..and they din tell me y they dun wanna put it up on NPS. wat they said is, NPS is only for those who wish to upgrade from WM6.1 to 6.5..shud u wish to upgrade further, ned to send yr phone to samsung service center

Added on June 4, 2010, 2:33 amCould i ask, i realized that Digi on certain phone will have an icon of a phone with a no '1' , is there a way i could get that icon off samsung omnia 2? Maxis does not show that icon at all.

Anyone had any luck with MMS on digi? I cant send or receive mms.

If anyone having the same problem, Assuming you've already saved the settings sent by Digi,

go to Settings->Advance Settings->Connection->Connections

Under My Work Network, select Manage Existing Connection.

You should see DiGi MMS there. Tab through to the last tab, called Proxy Settings on the bottom of the screen.

Check the checkbox for This network connects to the internet, and check also the checkbox below it.
Enter this ip in the proxy server : 203.92.128.160

Voila, it works...

so any idea about the warranty?

guys i wan to ask, since omnia 2 got no 5.1 dolby, how is the sound quality compared to jet?
