Finally upgraded to WM 6.5 with NPS 1.4. Previously I was using NPS 1.3 and gave me option update till IH5 which I believe is still WM 6.1. Total download + update process about 3hrs, the phone automatically restarts few times before finally showing the orange color WM6.5 splash screen. Now I got to re-install all da applications. argh.....

3-5am, play around with the phone feature and setting, 5-7am sleep, 7-9am mostly idle except use garmin for about 15 min, 9-2pm normal use with phone and sms (less than 10 minutes talk time and 10 sms), but i have the bluetooth on all the time with earphone, 3g on all the time, connect to jaring server to retrieve mail once an hour

is that consider heavy usage??? rclxub.gif

also, my house there telco (maxis) signal not very strong, is it the main cause?

yes its pretty fair usage. 2 hours at the beginning with feature and setting, some drain there. garmin 15 mins maybe a lil also, retrieve mail once an hour also, plus signal not strong.

12 hours is pretty damn good actually.

basically, dont open
- bluetooth
- lock your phone always
- there is the settings to turn off your phone under the battery options if your phone is not in used

Good luck~!

I've just received a call from Samsung SC. They informed the WM 6.5 is now available for Omnia II. (I've called them up a few weeks ago and asked them to inform me when the firmware is available).

thumbup.gif

Indeed, very good customer service. smile.gif I'll go update maybe on Saturday....hehe. Let them do it better than me download and flash...all my PCs are Windows 7 anyway....
