MG 1/100 Wing Gundam (TV Version)
Hi Everyone I just finally finish the client MG wing Commission. Well it a pretty simple oob build. It is pretty fascinating the kit was very nice and flexible articulation. Unfortunately I didn't put any decal because the original decal was dry transfer which is very hard to apply on the colored kit without damage the paint or decal as well. So until then Bandai decided to give this a water decal, this is finish and final product which I able to send to client hand. here is the picture that I have done so far. posing view ![]() » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « whole kit view » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « close view » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « here is comparision the wing and the sazabi » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « well that all for now, I didn't change it into bird mode as I scare it might damage the paint in the process so I leave it be as it is. all C&C are welcome. Waah everyone so active one... this poor thing has been sitting unfinished on my shelf for almost a year now... felt kinda sorry for him so decided to get going again...
most of the paintwork has been done, but as i did not top coat the inner frame back then, the bling bling seems to have lost its sheen... so took the lazy route and flat coated everything... now time to get to work on the wings... b4 I lose interest again » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Kenero - Hi there. well I only use Air Brush to do the metallic color. 1st need black gloss layer then top with silver and blue + red.
Hi everyone Finally I able to release my long overdue work. I can say this is a very well engineered kits and great articulation, also I learn a lot from moding a HG kits. It really give me improvement over the edge on my future kits. I proudly present to you my HGUC 1/144 RGZ- 95 Rezel type C commander. nazrul90 - well remove the nub mark is quite easy all you have to do is cut as clean as possible and start using sanding from low grade 600 until the high grade 2000 to get almost perfect surface.
pinako - well most of us use sheet of plastic plate to form its shape. well guys I like to answer as much as possible with your question but I'm afraid this thread has restricted rule for posting. Please go to Model Kits/Toys Painting, Building, Modding Thread for more question and answer. thank you. This post has been edited by chriswoo: Oct 11 2010, 04:32 PM |
