Meditation. The best way I can think of.
You could go for yoga, but for me, I'm already lifting about 9000KG on an average session. So that's about 19-20,000KG a day, so I definitely want my rest. (Those Chinese, Russian, Kazak, Bulgarian Olympic champion lifts between 48,000(Female)-70,000KG daily) so I'll stick with meditation and breathing techniques. There's this book "
Mind and Body Fitness" which I read which teaches you how to focus yourself during training and how to clear your mind and neural pathways after training, to ensure your mind gets enough rest.

my energy level is just low. i tend to gym every alternate day . monday wed and fridays. and the weekends off. i feel progressively weaker with each day. however tues and thursday i do some cardio, thats for the energy levels, but its mostly jogging.
the body aches dont go as fast as most people claim they do and it affects the work out as for example bicep is strained it kinda affects the work out.
for legs, lets say i've done some squats on monday. its thursday and its still a little sore.

To be honest, my body's constantly sore. SO much so that it's become a part of me and I don't actually feel the soreness anymore. Then as competitions come closer, we taper to heavier weights and lesser reps, and I get to rest more, the body recovers during this time and suddenly you feel a lot faster and lighter which is good lah.

This is what I learned during my researches and during the sports massage certification lah. Doctors will say it doesn't work, but when people feel better, science can go fugg off.
Massage, has relations to trigger points, adhesion, the fascia, blood flow and nutrients, deep heat, tangled muscle strands, lumps and tightness in the muscles. Often lack of stretching causes plenty of tightness in the muscle, so things become tight and tangled. What we massage therapists do is, we get deep into your tight muscles which you yourself cannot press because of pain factors, and we locate trigger points to release the strain in these areas. Then sometimes, people pinch a nerve and this causes strain. Massage releases these pinches. We have techniques such as friction, BXF, circling, kneading to help relieve the pain. Often, I don't understand why people go for certain shops that are famed for painful massage.
They manipulate your JOINTS in an unnatural angle. That's just akin to going to a Jiujitsu class. You want to relieve your muscles when massaging. Of course you'll feel better after they do this though. They've stretched you out and asked for RM100 for that. You could pay for 3 months of Jiujitsu class if you're looking for painful stretching methods. And people say it's expensive when I charge RM80 for a whole body massage. Ludicrous.
As for your burping, it's just you relaxing and your release gases. Which btw, isn't a good thing. Burping and farting just goes to show that you've not digested your food properly, and it's become rotten in your stomach and is released in the form of gas and horrid smelling poo
