is V31 worth to update? i still thought that v31 will have kinetic scroll and new homescreen...

need help...i wonder why i keep failing to update firmware using NSU, it says failed to connect to server or firewall block it but i off firewall already. anyway to fix it?

when i use NSU update to v31, the update file size is 140MB something, maybe the file size too big so cannot update through FOTA? update will access memory card space? because phone memory is less than 140MB
