QUOTE(Aishiteru^Suki @ Oct 7 2009, 10:15 PM) Full 1700mAH Battery Report: +-5 hours music playback (Internal Speaker, Volume Set to Mid) 20 messages 20 minutes of Call Opera Mini 5 Beta Running on Background 30 minutes UNO Game 3G Mode So with all the usages mentioned above after the battery is fully charged with usage duration period from 5.30am until 7.33pm, Finally got low battery warning. So what do you guys think? Is it the capacity similar to the default one? Bare in mind this the first charge. if its new lithium battery, and serve like that, after 2~3 month its possible with 6 hours or more of using garmin continuosly. mine with 3 months battery life could only 4 hours and 30 minutes of using garmin continuosly with single charge.

QUOTE(Magician @ Oct 8 2009, 10:27 AM) anyone can help me pls, i been using garmin gps it's take very long time to lock the satelite signal. I had disable the assisted gps, usually how long it take for nokia 5800 to lock the satelite signal and detect where I am for GPS garmin as for me, with v30 firmware, it is about 5minute or more to have satelite lock. i rather use A-GPS. it just waste 10 cent than 5 minutes. lol

QUOTE(boonpeng @ Oct 8 2009, 11:26 AM) Yes, it's true, A-GPS will shorthen the time of getting lock. Speacially when you are in V30, it will take more to get lock (around 15~20min). but if u in v21, time of getting lock really less than now. p/s: when new Nokia 5800 navigator edition will been released on our market?

QUOTE(liverpool red @ Oct 8 2009, 07:42 PM) Just to share my garmin experience today. Was using it on my drive to KL, had lost satellite reception, unable to calculate route (!) and re-calculating route the whole morning! and couple of times when signal was lost, it remained lost and never came back on Has to re-enter the destination many times and best part was i was near bangi area when the signal lost and came back on and indicated i was driving along jalan reko, kajang when i was on the north south highway! Later in the afternoon was back to normal.. man, this is scary, and btw, i was not using a-gps. i guess normal GPS devices still are more reliable then phone based gps devices Anyone using garmin on the tube to get to a destination should have a back up map on hand just in case if not sure about the route options Weird, seems never happened to me b4. How about your phone placement and is it your car window tinted? what firmware of your phone? p/s: maybe side effect for satelite this morning due 'ribut taufan' at japan today. i guess QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Oct 8 2009, 07:42 PM) Nothing is impossible. if its not design for it there is a possibility u see bin laden side effect only if it really mess up Haha.. LoL!
