just bought a 3rd party car charger few days ago for RM10, thought wanted to use it together with GPS, but found out that the cable was too short to reach the car mount

tried 5530 camera before, not sure abt the carl zeiss optic part, but 5530's camera does capture nicer picture
but it might be just because of the LCD display itself, which is superior to 5800's at smaller size but same resolution

there are pros and cons with this shield:
pros:
1. scratch resistant
2. does not make your phone bulky
3. lifetime warranty

cons:
1. does not fully protect your phone, there are some parts which are not covered
2. dust will accumulate under the adhesive over time
3. some said the shield would start to peel off by itself over time
4. expensive
5. hard to install

i do not own this shield, but these are what i have read from the comments posted by other users in the forum.


for SP, i would recommend matte SP, fingerprint resistant. there are many choices available, from the cheapest RM10 to most expensive RM25 (iianm). i am not sure about the RM10 SP, but i am happy with my RM25's

e_trade_pj has the RM25 Capdase SP, but need to order though
there are SKOOL SPs as well, just do a search there

i think the fingerprint magnet problems come from the grease accumulated on the case itself. i did not have the problem when i first got the case, but over time the case got slippery and fingerprint magnet

but iianm, it covers the secondary camera as well right? it would make the video call blurry

it will prevent your phone from being scratched

car mount. cheapest RM10 for a generic one

so far i have no serious problem with my GPS though. it messed up only when it was raining or when i was in KL where there were tall buildings around. but it never failed to bring me to my intended destinations all the times and yeah, i am on v21 btw, no way for u guys to downgrade to v21? seems like v30 and v31 are problematic
