If change the housing can fix light leakage? Including one at the top right corner of the screen

that means apps installed in memory card will not affect at all?

yup I dosabled network based gps... but everytime my I use garmin I check the log is send 1kb up, 3 kb down via 3G internet

I check my unbill balance like = RM 1-2 ~.~

most telco charge 10cent per 10Kb.. even if u use 4kb it still charge u 10cents.
u lock 10times... then its already RM1
even you are overseas u will have access to the gps server if you got internet access. else there is nothing much you can do also


well theres one thing u can do...u can always buy a prepaid card there mah....

but some1 said 1 lock rm1 when he use celcom?

i heard that whoever celcom prepaid user can access gprs/3g for free if using opera?

This is one of the most infuriating post i've ever made in my life. Hope every1 can read this.

I would like to comment one disastrous experience i have after updating to v31. The Garmin software.
The Garmin software totally spoilt my entire mood for 2day.

Now, let me explain in detail why I made such a provoking comment. Active forumers here like aspire, aishiteru-suki or ataraxis n other forumers can come comment giving your justification or even bashing if u feel wat im saying is wrong.

I were to attend Mahathir's open house today in seri kembangan. Extremely looking forward to it. So i chucked out my Garmin(tube) for directions. To my horror, every 15 seconds it recalculates and every 30sec it lost it's satellite signal. I've never experienced when i was on v30 eventhough i've been travelling to further places. I'm driving Honda Civic btw with Vcool windscreen.
Okay, so Vcool makes it harder for signals 2 penetrate? Fine, I wind down the window and asked my fren to put the tube near the window. Absolutely USELESS.
It recalculates like mad and my car is like forever off road and on top of tat, the GPS is asking us to make impossible turns which makes driving extremely dangerous.

I'm extremely unhappy today as I have no choice but to drive back home, unable to attend the former PM's open house.
If u guys had thought v31 fixes bugs or watsoever, now im here telling all Garmin users NOT to update ur tube to v31 as the signal reception is extremely poor, that is, if u had not realised.

Now, I would like to hear every1's comments who had updated to v31 and thereafter used their Garmin intensively.

the newest mykeylock 1.1.6 is quite laggy for me.. coz tried to lock the tube using proximity sensor take quite 5-10 sec to lock.. n same for unlock.. think will revert it back to version 1.1.5..

Yeah, with FolderPlay (it's free, go google). But no EQ OR Playlist generation in FP, as it does what it's name implies - plays your music by folders.

Supports OGG, AAC, FLAC and APE (and summore stuff I forgot) though. Funnily enough I still prefer the crispness (READ: the lossiness) of MP3...

Wow, this thread sure have grown long. Been a while since I last lepak here, too busy plugging in all manners of IEMs into my Fate-Tan, surprised that it CAN sound MORE then decent with a good pair of plugs.

Currently waiting for my new victim, the Storm Cyclone PR2...

It should - the website states "the best sound quality" as a project goal. Shame about the no Playlist / EQ policy though, I'm not enough a audiomaniac to give up those.

I hope you have a good pair of 'phones/cans or plugs to go with that, though I'd reckon (again) anyone game enough to play FLACs should at least be borderline audiophilic...

What 'phones/plugs are you using anyhow? Chicaman in particular is having a great time pairing the 5800 with the Head-Direct RE0 (which I'm not trying yet, simply because of my bass-craze - hence the Quads, SP1 and PR2)...

Don't even start if you're not prepared to descend deeper and deeper into GAS (gadget acquisition syndrome)... People say that even the Senn IE8 pairs up well with the 5800...

Of course, the IE8 costs as much as the phone to begin with...

IF you do decide to start, the SP1 works wonders with the 5800 as a low tier plug... Just sayin'...
