@apecx92: yes u can. snoop thru other's password. but not thru mobile (mobile CPU certainly not enough to do the calculation)

try checking @ settings > app mgr > installed apps.

unless the apps are java stuffs, usually they will have suite settings, just hover around to your desired app and choose options, select suite settings biggrin.gif. hope this helps.

@lilvamp : check at the box whether TV OUT is still supported or not. There have been discussions before that newer models doesn't support TV OUT anymore :| (probably Nokia's way of marketing style, giving more features for n97, perhaps? )

i don't think it's possible. unless u know got tube circuit diagram/schematics. then maybe, maybe. u can go tweak2 here and there and enable back the tvout feature. i do think it's just some hardwiring, since should it be in the firmware, everyone else (including ppl who bought tube earlier this year like me) will also not have the tvout feature.

- try turning on ur tube w/o memory card.
- see if it still restart.

i'm thinking that it might just be a corrupted card. coz i have same prob before.

yep agreed. i don't think we're really left behind.

it's just that they keep on coming with new stuff like x6 and maemo n900 that we might look a little pushed aside.

though, still waiting for a n97-like homescreen for tube. hopes nokia hear this well (well.. i know there's a lot of ppl asking nokia to do this ald hahaha)

i think you're referring to the status of your GPRS.
i don't know if it eats up your battery but i'm pretty sure it'll eat up your credit.

GPRS is like what the previous guy say, it means you're connected to the internet.

Internet connection won't really kill ur batt fast, unless u're using symtorrent or any other app which is receiving/sending data in real time. Internet is basically just ask, get, stop. Only in real-time app or downloading that it will keep on asking/getting data which drains the battery energy biggrin.gif

i know. but ppl who ask are eventually people who just bought the tube. and on the box it is already stated that tv-out is no longer supported. so why the rush to ask if u would already know the answer just by reading the box carefully. even when i first bought tube, i read through the whole manual.

our jobs would be to share on our experiences and helping people who faced any situations we faced before~

anyway, 5800 doesn't have manget for compass rite? no wonder the compass touch doesn't seems to work. so much for being awake throughout yesterday night figuring out why the compass doesn't work sleep.gif"

golf n-97 (playable in tube as well) potrait mode
soul of darkness(have yet to test, but looks fun)

there's a lot. but u need to know where to look, in the first place biggrin.gif. some even went to the extent of controlling the whole interface using accelerometer (like Rock and Scroll).

nway : anyone mastered Rock and Scroll. usage seems a little tough~

try removing the game keys. go to settings > app mgr > installed app > [app u wanna change] > options > suite settings > on-screen keyboard (choose nagiv. keys only)

or if the app is a fully touchscreen, u can just disable the OSK.
