depends on your location and weather condition. If surrounding you have alot of building then the signal is weaker or you are indoor

if Mobile phone gps is so powerful nobody will buy NUVI or those standalone GPS units

I only have skool RM10 screen protector without any shield until now not even a mark.

Doesnt mean expensive means it cover all. Skool ones got a hole so it doesnt cover the secondary camera

totally agree with you. If u work in a construction yard and everyday do drop your phone then get an invisible shield or watever shield

no matter what shield u r using if its thin plastic u poke something hard it will still break or crack. If its those thick plastic maybe what you say is true.

if u use pcsuite to access your phone then access phone memory to delete. What error pop out?

Did u go to folder option and reveal all hidden files?
