Having said that, if one really want to own the company mothershare, instead of buying the mothershare directly, the loan stocks can be better option, as you get a fixed 4% yield compared to mothershare (which might not give any dividend). But loan stock never will be a goreng target, so don't expect it will be gorenged like mothershare. But loan stock price generally trading at slight discount to the mothershare as punters don't interest in it.
