from the research paper's write up, it is a cash cow undervalue stock and might raise the dividend payout from 3.2% per year to 6% next year having stronger cash flow estimate FY11... This counter looks like undervalue's Ezra.... So fast up liao 9% today from 0.645 to 0.695 According to history, they going to announce dividend at October soon with tax exempt.... I also saw the research paper lately by DBS... Heard of it previously, but didn't look in detail as I choose Ezra over this CH Offshore.
